NUMMA BAKERY AND GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES

From the initial sketches, our goal was to create a simple, multifunctional space that brings people together through their passion for food. This versatile space is designed to host various workshops and courses, all centered around the experience of cooking and eating healthily. The concept arose from the need to reconnect with nature and rediscover simplicity—elements that are fundamental to authentic human experiences, particularly in an increasingly urbanized, post-pandemic, and hyper-commercialized world.

An indoor greenhouse provides an unexpected space where nature is encouraged to thrive. Archetypal forms, soothing colors, and natural, tactile materials all contribute to fostering a return to the essentials. Consequently, the space becomes a refuge, a place where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and reconnect with themselves.
