The main problem of the existing space was the complicated geometry, the irregular shape and the poor natural light. The functional needs were also bigger than the surface, the linear type space was strangled in the central part, and in the back the ceiling went down dramatically.

The proposal applies a functional scheme with clear and compact zoning, which amplifies the linearity of the space. On the left side of the entrance, the offices were grouped in a continuous, sinusoidal line, which covers all the corners. On the right side were grouped the tables for interacting with customers, designed as compartments, in a compact arrangement.
